Refund policy
30-Day Return Policy (Unopened Products Only)
We offer a 30-day return policy on items that are unopened and unused. You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return, provided the product is in its original, sealed condition.
To qualify for a return, your item must meet all of the following conditions:
- Condition: The item must be unopened, unused, and in its original factory-sealed condition. The safety seal must be fully intact, with no signs of tampering.
- Packaging: The product must be returned in its original, undamaged packaging (including the sealed pouch or bottle) along with any protective materials included in your original shipment.
- Proof of purchase: A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns. Your order confirmation email or invoice is sufficient.
Opened or used Yumi products cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.
Return shipping: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We do not provide prepaid return labels.
Free Gifts & Post-Purchase Offers
Free gifts, bonus items, and post-purchase add-ons are not eligible for return or refund, whether used or unused.
Promotional Items and Free Gifts
If your original order included free items as part of a promotion (e.g., "Buy One, Get One Free" or "Free Gift With Purchase"), please note the following:
- Free promotional items are not eligible for refund or exchange, regardless of their condition.
- Limited-time post-purchase offers are final sale due to the deeply discounted pricing provided at checkout. These exclusive deals cannot be returned, exchanged, refunded, or modified once the order is completed.
- If you return the originally paid item that qualified you for a free promotional item, you must also return the free item(s) in unused condition. Failure to return the free item(s) may result in a partial refund, with the value of the free item(s) deducted from your refund total.
Shipping Fees
All shipping fees cover logistics and transportation costs and are paid directly to our shipping and fulfillment partners. Shipping charges are therefore non-refundable, even in the event of a return or cancellation.
Order Cancellations
Once an order has been placed, it cannot be cancelled.
Subscription Cancellations
If you're on a Yumi subscription, you can cancel your upcoming order by emailing info@yumi.nl . To stop your next rebill, your cancellation request must be received at least 14 days before your next billing date. Requests received fewer than 14 days before a rebill will take effect from the following billing cycle.
How to Start a Return
To start a return, contact us at info@yumi.nl. If your return is approved, we'll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. You are responsible for return shipping costs. Items sent back to us without first requesting and receiving approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if your item is defective or damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:
- Opened or used products (for hygiene and safety reasons)
- Free gifts and promotional items
- Limited-time post-purchase offers
- Sale items and gift cards

Exchanges
The fastest way to get what you want is to return your eligible item and, once the return is accepted, place a separate order for the new item.
Refunds
Once we've received and inspected your return, we'll notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, you'll be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note it can take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
