SHIPPING & DELIVERY

For efficient service, we process all orders on the same day they are placed. We ensure that your order is dispatched by the end of the business day. Please note that our order processing cutoff time is 5 p.m. Eastern Standard Time (EST), from Monday to Friday.

In case your order arrives damaged, immediately inform us by sending an email to care@feelyumi.com.

We will promptly address the issue, liaising with the courier service to organise the collection of the damaged goods and arrange for a replacement of your order.

To update your shipping address or cancel your order, please contact our team within 24 hours of your order placement.

Note that once your order has been dispatched, we are unable to modify the delivery address.

In cases where an order is sent to an incorrect address due to a late update request, we regret that we cannot make changes while the order is in transit.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

Items can be returned within 14 days of receipt, provided they are unopened. For replacements with a different product of equal value, we will ship the new item free of charge after receiving the returned product.

Once the goods have been returned, refunds usually take approximately 5-10 business days to appear on your statement.

Currently, our policy requires customers to bear the cost of returning items, unless the goods are faulty. For detailed information, please refer to our Refund Policy.

Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will process your refund. This process typically takes up to 7 business days.

Please note that for credit card refunds, it may take up to 30 days for the refund to reflect in your account.

Yes! Our products are vegan, with no animal-derived ingredients, and cruelty-free.

No, we never ever test on animals.

Our Feel Yumi adult range is designed for 18+. We advise anyone with a known medical condition or takes prescription medication to consult a physician before using our products or any dietary supplement.

We always recommend that, before taking any dietary supplements while pregnant or nursing mothers to consult with your medical practitioner before consumption.

SUBSCRIPTIONS

Our subscription products renew every 28 days from your chosen payment method. All subscription products will auto-renew until cancellation is made via our team at care@feelyumi.com or on your online account.

All cancellations are to be made 24 hours before your subscription is due to renew. Any cancellations or amendments after this time will apply to your next Feel Yumi order.

Your recurring order is generated automatically on the same date each month. It will be sent via FedEx and should be delivered to your doorstep within 2 working days. All the Feel Yumi subscriptions are shipped on the same working day if the order is placed before 16:00 GMT.

With each subscription order, you save 15%. The discount is applied automatically once you set up your subscription. You can benefit from saving on more than just one bottle a month, because the number of subscriptions you can have is unlimited.
